Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will work on a new development project that will impact the entirety of the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a centralized repository for Risk Management.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring high-quality products and services. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting manual and automated testing, and working closely with developers to ensure that software meets requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products and services
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Work closely with developers to ensure that software meets requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing
- Experience with functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Selenium, BigQuery, and SQL
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
