Job Title:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System.

This role ensures compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across all testing and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001
  • Monitor and ensure the management system is implemented in various departments and appraised on its effectiveness
  • Lead quality audits and manage corrective/preventive actions
  • Register customer complaints and resolve them through investigation and root cause analysis
  • Train staff on QMS requirements and quality procedures
  • Conduct periodic quality checks for tests carried out in the lab
  • Liaise with accreditation/approval/regulatory bodies regarding compliance and approval
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory management
  • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and laboratory accreditation processes
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 is an advantage
