Job Overview:

Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist is accountable for ensuring our deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any related domain.
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
