About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Partnerships Associate to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.

This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to build strong relationships, create proposals, conduct research, and coordinate campaign delivery.

You will be responsible for planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize research and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing basics and comfortable using AI tools.
