Marketing Associate Job Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying potential opportunities, building relationships, coordinating projects, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure campaign success.

  • Research and identify potential partnerships across various platforms (social media, content creation, etc.) that align with business goals and values.
  • Conduct outreach to potential partners, introducing them to the brand and discussing collaboration opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of partnership collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all partner content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and their teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners during campaign execution.
  • Ensure partners are well-informed about the brand, product features, and campaign goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
