Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Partnerships Specialist.

This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners,

and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate should have 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva)
  • Tracking destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools
  • Managing campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyzing results, and preparing performance reports
  • Managing professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)
  • Proven track record of success in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, or business development
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
