A Social Media Partnership Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our influencer partnerships, particularly on YouTube and Instagram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and onboarding new creators, building and maintaining long-term relationships with them and their talent agencies, negotiating deliverables and rates, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new influencers and artists for brand collaborations.
  • Manage a portfolio of influencers across multiple social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with creators and their representatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
