IT Partnership Development Specialist

As a Relationship Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing strategic partnerships with key clients in the IT services/staffing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and account retention
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and timely delivery of agreed-upon services
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions to meet client needs
- Analyze client feedback and metrics to inform service improvement initiatives and drive quality enhancements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and billing/invoicing skills
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
