
Senior Revenue Operations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned RevOps professional to spearhead the implementation of end-to-end revenue operations systems across our Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
About the Role:This critical role involves setting up full-funnel RevOps systems that empower clients to achieve their desired return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex HubSpot implementations, configuring lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
- Develop scalable workflows and automations by mapping revenue processes.
- Implement integrations with other platforms, including CRM, billing, product, CS, and warehouses.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
- Design real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
- Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RevOps and HubSpot implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
- Strong skills in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
- Key role in shaping the RevOps function as we expand this practice.
