Operations Team Lead

Role: Team Lead and Business Manager.

With 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Lead to join our organization. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving client KPIs, managing stakeholders, maintaining team performance, and resolving employee complaints. In addition, you will handle schedule changes, staff issues, and other operational matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving Client KPIs: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure business goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining Attrition & Shrinkage: Identify and implement strategies to reduce team turnover and minimize waste.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Handling Customer Complaints: Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule Changes: Manage staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to meet business demands.
  • Staffing Issues: Address employee conflicts, resolve disputes, and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
  • Delegating Tasks: Assign responsibilities to team members and provide guidance on project execution.
  • Recruiting New Hires: Source, interview, and hire new talent to fill open positions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts between employees in a fair and timely manner.
