Maintenance Efficiency Specialist

As a Sr. Service Engineer, you will contribute to the success of our company by delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring the overall efficiency and reliability of our fleet performance.

• Schedule and preventive maintenance planning: Develop maintenance schedules and documentation, reviewing and updating maintenance procedures as needed.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
• Train junior technicians or new employees, stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in maintenance, and keep up-to-date with team advancements in engine technology and maintenance techniques.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring that all necessary components are available for any sudden repairs or maintenance tasks, and coordinating with planning and maintenance teams for timely procurement of parts.
• Provide technical support to running teams or fleet owners, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues when engines are not in active use.
• Conduct safety audits and implement necessary changes, keeping records of safety checks and compliance documentation.
• Lead or participate in special projects related to engine systems, coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals, monitoring project progress, and making necessary adjustments.
• Use data to improve maintenance strategies and operational efficiency, observing trends or patterns that may indicate potential future issues.
• Ensure daily machine trackers, KPI dashboards, daily shift reports, trackers, and compliance, breakdown backlog.
• All statutory documentations update.
• Support planning and maintenance team with proper availability of job cards and other related documentation, record keeping with PPT for reviews and compliances.

• BE diploma in mechanical/electrical with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in underground mines.
• Well-experienced in SHE standards and guidelines.
• Technical competent on HEMM underground machinery.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to failure analysis, FMEA, RCA, reliability, and sustainability engineering.
• Understanding and applying reliability metrics such as mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), and failure rate analysis.

• Engineer must ensure and remain productive and ready to respond when needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of fleet performance.
