  1. Support the Maintenance Department in administrating complete management of engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for the facility.

  • Execute preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections.

This role will partner with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns, improve maintenance practices, and ensure smooth facility operations.

The incumbent will coordinate activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preventive maintenance planning and execution
  2. Supervision of electrical, mechanical, and firefighting equipment maintenance
  3. Vendor performance monitoring and maintenance material management

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance.
