Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to oversee our wire drawing, pickling & patenting operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or production engineering and proven leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: End-to-end management of wire drawing, pickling & patenting units, ensuring seamless execution of daily production and quality targets.
- Process Improvements: Drive efficiency enhancements and downtime reductions through innovative solutions and process optimization techniques.
- Cost Management: Effective management of operational costs, reduction of wastage, and optimization of resource utilization to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the shop-floor team to ensure excellent performance and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of wire drawing, pickling & patenting operations.
- Proven leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost control.
