Job Title:
Community Lead - Operations Specialist

As a Community Lead - Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community environment. This includes building a positive and productive community atmosphere that encourages collaboration and teamwork.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in community development, operations management, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and external partners. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. They will also have a passion for creating engaging events and experiences that foster connections among community members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build relationships between members.
  • Organize and execute community events, such as workshops, seminars, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage logistics and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in community development, operations management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (if required).
