Job Description

MUFG is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Communications lead in various corporate communication initiatives, including drafting and publishing internal communication materials, coordinating events and media campaigns, and maintaining digital and social media presence.

  • Support in creating and distributing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Help coordinate townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
