Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role involves driving workshop sales, building customer relationships, and engaging with our community online and offline. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging our brand and audience, ensuring a warm experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing workshop attendees, following up with leads promptly via messaging and calls to maximize conversions.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Represent the brand at events, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Content & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create community-focused stories and updates, sharing behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, and event highlights across social channels.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond in a timely manner.

Business Analysis & Insights

  • Track key community metrics – attendance, engagement rates, repeat booking patterns, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify common themes, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Presentation monthly insight reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics relevant to communities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, community management, customer success, or event coordination.
  • Strong people skills – warm, approachable, and curious about others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with basic data tracking and using insights to guide decisions.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
