Role Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled professional to support our growing student base in the U.S. as a Customer Relationship Executive based in India.

This role involves building relationships with prospective students, guiding them through our certification programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in conducting virtual presentations, and possess strong interpersonal skills to connect with students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students for our certification programs.
  • Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
