Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Online Community Manager to lead our online presence. This dynamic role will be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving long-term community and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive environment.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message and drive community participation.
  • Liaise with speakers for online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback to provide insights to internal teams for product improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for event planning.
