We are seeking a self-driven and technically skilled professional to help grow our WordPress development services. This role is focused on lead generation, proposal drafting, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
  • Understand client requirements and prepare accurate, technically sound proposals for WordPress projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates
  • Share proposals, handle queries, and follow up with leads until closure
  • Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in PM tools
  • Stay informed on trends in WordPress, plugins, page builders, PHP, and related services
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or presales for IT/web development services
  • Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, custom development, CMS usage, plugins, and themes
  • Basic understanding of hosting, domain configuration, or frontend/backend workflows
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and client proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google sheet, Power Point, ClickUp, MsTeam, and Slack
