Key Responsibilities

The Center Manager will lead a team delivering the Livelihood program at the district level, managing resources, staff, and local partners to achieve targets.

Our Livelihood Program prepares youth for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills. With 133 Livelihood Centres and 1,130+ college partnerships, it nurtures aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities.

In addition to urban skilling initiatives, we have expanded into Peri-Urban and Rural Livelihood Programme. This focuses on empowering women in peri-urban and rural areas by equipping them with leadership and business skills, enabling them to establish and sustain enterprises and move towards financial independence.

Our organization has empowered over 35 lakh adolescents and 5 lakh youth, facilitating their transition from childhood to livelihood.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing teams, resources, and local partners; leading a staff team delivering programs at the district level; and achieving targets at each stage of intervention.

  • Team Management: Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient program implementation.
