Job Title: Community Relations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our community relations efforts. With over 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring, and working directly with communities at the grassroots level, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, government officials, and local communities.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement community outreach programs that promote positive relationships between our organization and local communities.
  • You will work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, business development, and other relevant departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies that meet our organizational goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, local leaders, and community groups.
  3. Monitor and report on community relations activities and outcomes to inform future strategy and decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on community-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation in Social Work/Social Sciences/Rural Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in community relations, planning, and monitoring.
