Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain client relationships at operational and leadership levels through strategic advocacy and crisis management.
  2. Translate strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery by the team.
  3. Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for our clients.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with senior journalists and influencers.
  5. Oversee national media universes for all clients.
  6. Guide Account Managers in tracking news trends and pitching stories.
  7. Drive new business opportunities through client pitches.
  8. Directs Account Managers in client retention and cost management.
  9. Coaches and develops a team of highly engaged individuals.
