Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead our projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet client expectations and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Adept at navigating complex stakeholder relationships, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
