BONbLOC is a 5-year-old, fast-growing software and services company with a team of 250+ professionals in India, Mexico, and the US. We create measurable value for our customers through our SaaS solutions and IT Modernization services (over $50m delivered in the last 3 years).

We need a business savvy IT Director to be based in Chennai. The Director will be responsible for overseeing our global IT operations, applications, network, security, and IT strategy. The day-to-day tasks include managing internal IT projects, ensuring innovative and secure IT services to internal and external customers. Broader role would include being part of our technology strategy group for products and services.

Qualifications

  • IT Management and Information Technology skills
  • IT Operations and Network Security skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT operations in a midsize firm
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing global IT strategies
  • Experience with cloud, data centers, application development, budgeting and planning
  • Deep technical knowledge in two or more IT management domains
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to collaborate and cooperate
  • Ability to align IT operations to business objectives and produce results
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and technology trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
