About the Role
  • Design Strategy

As the Senior Director, you will define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across internal and external applications. You will stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.

Team Leadership

You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work with HR and the learning & development team to influence and evolve career frameworks in alignment with organization goals and talent aspirations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps. You will advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
