About the Role

This role is designed for an experienced culinary professional who can oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation on board our luxury cruises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of chefs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and consistency in their work.
  • Maintain knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless production and efficient use of resources.

Financial Management:
  • Develop strategies to optimize kitchen operations and reduce waste.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting.
  • A culinary school degree and strong understanding of kitchen operations, nutrition, and food safety principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead by example.
