Integrated Facilities Management Role
About the Job:
We're seeking a seasoned professional to centralize all logs and requests.
- The ideal candidate will streamline processes and requests, providing superior call logging services.
- You'll receive and log complaints containing complete details of the requests, and tag each request with unique identity numbers.
- In line with this, you'll dispatch them to the appropriate department and follow up on progress by coordinating with assignees.
- You'll also keep tabs on feedback and communicate with the requestor to ensure task closure.
- Daily and weekly reports on call status, as well as monthly reports on recurring calls, are expected.
- Assisting building engineers in conducting analyses is also within your scope.
Additional Responsibilities:
You'll be flexible in taking on other responsibilities aside from your core tasks.
- Contributing to the monthly management report for our clients is part of your mandate.
- You'll work closely with admin personnel in processing invoices.
- You'll collaborate with both engineering and facilities departments in handling contractors and developing operational procedures.
- Ensuring workplace safety is also within your scope.
- To do this, you'll actively participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks.
- You'll also participate in emergency evacuation procedures as needed.
Requirements:
Proven industry experience is essential.
- A degree holder with three to five years of experience in facilities management is required.
- A solid background in helpdesk operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety is necessary.
- A proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives is expected.

- Flexibility in working with a team is crucial.
- A customer-centric focus and superior organizational skills are necessary to manage daily activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients.
