Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes managing user accounts and permissions, training trainers on LMS tools, and uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content within the LMS.

Content Development

The role involves developing high-quality training content, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department, managing and updating the training content repository, and creating bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Human Resources, hospitality experience is an added advantage, and fluency in English language.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills, proficiency in using Canva and video-making software, flair for content writing and development, and vendor management and interpersonal skills.
