We're seeking an accomplished Training Coordinator to join our Home Service team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire journey of new phlebotomists from interviews to training and their first field assignment.

  • Interviews: Assess suitability through initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists.
  • Training Assignment: Allocate selected candidates to trainers for skill development.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide new hires with required resources and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • First Slot Readiness: Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.

For success in this role, we require:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage, but not required.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
