As a seasoned Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge DevOps strategies to drive business excellence. This pivotal role entails designing and implementing procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure implementations to support seamless SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to Production Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of SaaS products.">
  • Help implement strategic goals and deliverables as determined by senior leadership.">
  • Ensure the successful operation of SaaS products through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.">
  • Own customer implementations, including SLA and SLO, to guarantee exceptional user experiences.">
  • Automate and enhance critical processes in Cloud Operations, such as Change Control, Monitoring & Alerting.">
  • Drive key processes in SaaS Operations, including Change Control, Problem & Incident Management, and Reporting.">
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery and failover procedures, training, testing, and team readiness.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and technical enhancements for better stability and reliability.">
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in SaaS Operations by developing platform services and tooling for modern cloud operations.">
  • Improve automation of provisioning, deployment, monitoring, alerting, and escalation.">
  • Support secure operations by implementing best-in-class recommendations for secure operations.">
  • Perform production operations activities with precision and quality.">
  • Define and deliver a high-quality SaaS Platform.">
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to develop a complete solution set on the SaaS platform.">
  • Represent Cloud Operations in InfoSec meetings and drive secure procedures.">
  • Help obtain and maintain various certifications.">
  • Lead as a good team player and leader when needed for a high-performance Cloud/SaaS delivery team.">
  • Establish a culture of high performance, ownership, delivery focus, and continuous improvement.">
  • Implement and carry out procedures and policies to ensure high-quality SaaS operations.">

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in implementing, managing, maintaining, and decommissioning complex cloud-based information system components in a secure and controlled manner.">
  • Must have experience coordinating cross-functional teams to address product issues successfully.">
  • Strong understanding of building, scaling, and managing complex multi-product/service environments.">
  • Ability to build lean, automated, scalable support structures versus labor-intensive environments.">
  • Strong innovation mindset, analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.">
  • Practical customer service attitude and leadership skills to resolve difficult customer situations.">
