Our organization is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist to play a pivotal role in the development of our high-growth technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough security audits and assessments, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Terraform to manage and implement best practices for infrastructure as code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to investigate and resolve security incidents.
  • Lead comprehensive security reviews of application code, working closely with developers to ensure secure coding practices from inception.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in security engineering, preferably in AWS Cloud, with expertise in areas such as cloud security, web application security, incident response, threat hunting, and cyber security operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered equivalent.
  • Strong foundation in security principles, best practices, and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • Familiarity with SAST, DAST, Fuzzing, and other security assessment tools.

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience using AWS automation and relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, CEH.

A solid understanding of cloud security architecture, security threats in the cloud, and network protocols will be beneficial for this role.
