Job Description

As a Product Trainer – Wealth Products, you will be responsible for empowering new Relationship Managers to excel in their roles. Your key objective will be to deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products and solutions tailored for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.

You will provide continuous support and guidance to new RMs, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings. Additionally, you will monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide continuous support and guidance to new RMs, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
