Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and sales in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing business deals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with international clients and partners through effective communication and negotiation
  • Identify new business opportunities in assigned regions and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Market Analysis & Planning:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential international markets and competitors

- Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy

- Develop and refine the business development strategy in alignment with company objectives and goals

Sales Execution & Development:

- Drive all sales cycle activities from lead generation to deal closure through proactive relationship-building and sales techniques

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to build trust and credibility

- Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences to promote products and services

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of international business strategies and meet customer expectations

- Provide market feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery and excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in international business development and export sales
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals in international markets
