Job Description

We&aposre hiring Business Development Executives who can drive revenue growth by building, managing, and converting B2B pipelines in the Australian utilities industry. Youll work with products spanning Energy (Electricity/Gas), Telecommunications, Fuel Cards, Loans, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to small and medium businesses in Australia
- Pitch company offerings and generate qualified leads
- Convert prospects into long-term clients
- Maintain an accurate CRM record of all sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

- 2- 4 years of B2B international voice sales or outbound calling experience
- Strong command of English (verbal & written)
- Confidence in handling cold calls and client objections
- Experience in selling to Australian markets (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
