
Revenue Process Optimization Specialist

As a key player in our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for bringing strategic clarity and operational efficiency to our go-to-market processes. Your expertise will span the complete revenue lifecycle, from systems and processes to reporting and cross-functional alignment.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience owning and executing RevOps strategies across the funnel. You will work closely with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. They should be comfortable working with data and have strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end
- Deep expertise with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
- Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics
- Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
