Process Excellence Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Process Excellence Specialist to drive operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and provide critical insights to support our business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management:
  • Regularly verify pipeline data integrity by conducting hygiene checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain and update the real-time dashboard by ensuring accurate and timely pipeline data feeding.
  • Marketing Management:
  • Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for software and partnerships.
  • Manage campaign documentation and database administration.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports without delays, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and present performance review templates and views for various functions to key management personnel monthly.
  • Prepare periodic board decks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows across all functions.
  • Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Reduce administrative tasks by automating processes where possible.
  • Inside sales & Lead generation activities:
  • Manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues and track weekly recommendations.
  • Lead outreach and schedule key meetings.
  • Coordination & alignment with HQ:
  • Act as a bridge between Business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on scheduled and ad-hoc reports, initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations role.
  • Data analysis proficiency (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
