Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to drive process optimization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust security processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective security solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends and technologies, applying knowledge to enhance our security posture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network security engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
  • Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • International working experience is considered an advantage.
