Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the billing processes and contribute to efficient revenue cycle management.

  • Job Description:
  • Manage the billing process to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims, efficient processing of payments, and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Supervise a team of billing specialists, coordinate with various departments, and optimize billing procedures to enhance overall revenue cycle efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience with billing systems, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. revenue cycle management, including billing workflows, reimbursement methodologies, and common challenges.
  • Familiarity with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
