Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee high-performing teams within our healthcare revenue cycle management practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, driving productivity, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily medical billing operations, including charge entry, accounts receivable, denials, and collections.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and adherence to key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Manage and mentor large teams, ensuring high employee engagement and low attrition.
  • Collaborate with directors to execute business strategy and meet client expectations.
  • Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, with 3-5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Strong domain knowledge across billing processes, AR follow-up, denial management, and payer policies.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple clients.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to automation tools or process transformation is an advantage.
