Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the Accounts Receivable function within the Finance organization.

The role will entail components of accounting, governance and customer interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders from multiple groups within the organization.

  • Maintaining accurate revenue recognition and ensuring compliance with contractual terms is a key responsibility.
  • Establishing a month close process and recording accounting entries and transactions as part of period close activities.
  • Ensuring timely collections from customers.
  • Generating invoices, credit notes and debit notes on a timely basis.
  • Preparing schedules for audit and resolving queries related to vendor management and asset management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate with expertise in accounting.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the field of Accounts Payable/Receivable/Asset Management.
  • Working knowledge of local financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership.
