We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead full-cycle implementations of financial processes within the SAP ECC environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting financial accounting and cost controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and training materials.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Support data migration and validation efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO consultant, with at least two full lifecycle implementations.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP ECC (Finance and Controlling modules).
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot configuration and functional issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
