Job Title:

Financial Accounting Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and publishing the period close calendar for each client to ensure timely completion of financials.
  • Overseeing the month-end process, including reviewing P&L and Balance Sheet schedules, and supporting the resolution or addressing of missing or incorrect data.
  • Ensuring Client-wise Delegation of Authority Approval Matrix is followed while processing AP AR transactions, and coordinating with teams to implement changes.
  • Reviewing internal processes to maintain consistency in quality-of-service delivery and meet SLAs, and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Overseeing payroll process, ensuring compliance with Australian rules and regulations, and producing relevant supporting workings for Tax Agents to complete regulatory filings.
  • Supporting due diligence activities, including detailed analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
