Financial Statement Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Statement Specialist to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to support the production of accurate and timely financial statements by preparing and recording detailed AP, AR, and other general accounting transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of advanced accounting platforms such as NetSuite
- Knowledge of advanced cloud-based reporting, AR, and AP systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- Highly organized, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial audits
