Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND LENDER PARTNERS to secure debt financing.
  • DEVELOP CLIENT BUSINESS OVERVIEWS AND INVESTMENT MEMORANDA (IMs) that showcase value proposition.
  • ANALYZE CLIENT FINANCIAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING P&L STATEMENTS, CASHFLOW PROJECTIONS, AND BALANCE SHEETS.
  • CREATE FINANCIAL MODELS that integrate P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet data.
  • COORDINATE LENDER INTERACTIONS WITH CLIENTS TO FACILITATE DEBT PLACEMENT.
  • MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS AND ADHERE TO INTERNAL SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLAs).
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND PRODUCT OFFERINGS TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE PRIVATE DEBT SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS.
  • COLLaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client engagement.
Requirements
  • FINANCIAL MODELING, CASH FLOW ANALYSIS, AND FINANCIAL STATEMENT REVIEW.
  • PREPARING HIGH-QUALITY MARKETING, INVESTMENT, AND CREDIT PAPERS WITH CONCISE SYNTHESIS OF DIVERSE INFORMATION.
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR STRONG RELATIONSHIP-Building.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
