About our organization:

We aim to tackle energy, environmental, and resource-related social issues by producing lithium-ion battery products.

Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru for Lithium Ion Cells production, and we're seeking experts to lead the design and development team for NMC technology in our Cell R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels with zero stock discrepancies and suitable composition of raw materials and assembly materials.
  • Implement and uphold 5S principles throughout production areas to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Analyze large datasets from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Resolve row material, assembly material, and finished goods discrepancies from receipt to dispatch.
  • Perform cycle counting and adjust stock through approved procedures.
  • Implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) for discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Lead the design and development team for NMC technology across various formats of battery cells produced in our Gigafactory.
  • Interpret large amounts of data from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with BOM.
  • Ensure adherence to 5S principles and continuous improvement in production areas.
