Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our team's operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. They will be responsible for coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network, monitoring utilization of HSTCs, and managing accurate submission of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
  • Monitor the utilization of HSTCs and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultural environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
  • Advanced computer literacy required.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
