Operations Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Transformation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and change management in manufacturing environments.

  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency gains and cost savings
  • Analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations to improve operational performance
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results and drive cultural transformations
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the market

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations transformation, process improvement, or related field
  • 3+ years leadership and management experience, with a proven track-record of driving results
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong functional knowledge in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, and change management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
