Job Description:
  • We develop and execute performance marketing plans across Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Our team conducts thorough audience research to create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • We design and test engaging ad creatives, copy, and formats to maximize ROI.
  • Our team manages campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure optimal results.
  • We track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Implementing retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies is a key aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with design/content teams is crucial to create effective ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitoring competitor ad strategies and suggesting improvements is also a vital responsibility.
  • A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting is essential to optimize campaign performance.
  • Preparing campaign performance reports and presenting actionable insights is also required.
  • Staying up-to-date with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices is a must.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models is required.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly is vital.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns is also necessary.
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively is a key requirement.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
