Performance Marketing Specialist

\We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wants to drive business results through effective advertising strategies.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns that achieve high ROI. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and measure campaign performance. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data will enable you to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns, as well as expertise in keyword targeting, product targeting, and bidding strategies. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics, and take data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Develop and implement keyword strategies, bid strategies, and targeting methods.
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost Per Click).
  • Use Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align advertising goals with overall sales objectives.
  • Share insights and actionable recommendations with senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
