Key Performance Marketing Roles

As a strategic marketing specialist, you will drive growth by developing and executing paid campaigns on Meta and Google.

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
  • Target Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough target audience analysis to inform ad targeting and messaging.
  • Daily Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze campaign data and inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
